New Barre class for Adult

Barre is a workout/ fitness technique that focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements.

This class will focus on cardio, strength-training and stretching. You will learn proper technique and form to help strengthen and tone your body.

This class is open to all levels and does not require a background in dance.

Schedule: every Saturday, 8:55am – 9:55am. Starting from 1st October.
Teacher: Danielle Askew
First TRIAL class: 100,000vnd only.
